Attentive staff ensured a smooth experience, especially with issues like air conditioning being swiftly resolved. The beachfront location provided not just fine views but easy access to various dining and leisure options, including jet ski rentals right from the sand. While the buffet dining was enjoyable, some meals lacked distinct flair, and the communication challenge with staff could be noticeable at times. The room cleanliness met expectations, but a refresh could enhance the overall ambiance.

Its location just a short walk away from Lamai Walking Street was stunning. The beds were very comfy, the room was neat with a balcony.
The room was a little small.

New-fashioned rooms with extremely comfy beds, stunning location. Excellant service, free parking available on-site. Great pool...

The rust in the bathroom was positively charming, if I could ignore the water that went everywhere. I expected a welcome gift for dealing with the inconvenience of changing rooms, but it seems that doesn't happen here. Honestly, this could have been amazing, but I just couldn't, due to the overall disarray.

the staff were fantastic, happy and very helpful. great location with the beach front, deck chairs for our comfort and great pool
we had a slight smell in our room which we could not work out where it came from...does the water smell? If i had to improve one thing it would be to add an extractor fan to the bathroom - it needed airflow of some sort

Villas very new. Nice hotel in a more quiet area of Koh Samui. Shops and restaurants just around the corner
all very narrow, only small beach. Reception staff couldn't understand English except one person. We stayed over new year's eve, prices far too high for the value received. Houskeeping was perfect

friendly staff, good breakfast, nice rooms
missunderstanding between hotel stuff (reception) and guests on booking conditions of family rooms. We booked double family delux room (2 adults and 1 child). Booking condtions on Booked.net stays that thchild under 12 years old stays for 200 baht per night. While hotel staff takes it as triple falimy delux room and asked us to pay as for 3 adults. The situation was handled by the manager in our benefit.Which is a good thigh! Next time we booked the same room with no problem.

The beach view restaurant offers an very nice dining experience with a menu that had me savoring some of the best Thai food I've tasted, and the breakfast spread was downright luxurious with a wide array of choices from pastries to tropical fruits. The room I stayed in, a Beautiful Family Room, had ample space, and once I found a room without any sewer odor, it felt quite comfortable and suited my needs perfectly.
The place could use some serious refurbishing. On my arrival, I had to deal with a sewer smell in the first two rooms they offered me, which suggested a longstanding issue. The pool is picturesque but small and often overrun were great. The overall vibe during busy periods leaned towards chaotic, especially at the pool bar where orders sometimes got mixed up. Though I appreciated the spaciousness of the bungalow I was offered as a substitute for the off-limits pool, the notification about that switch arrived only a day before my stay, leaving me with some last-minute scrambling.

The location
The pictures in website are far from been realistic. For every operation, even simples, reception staff ask you to sit down. I have asked for a taxi to Airport and they wanted to charge me 800 baht for 2 persons while i checked in 3 hotels around which request for FIX price 400 baht. There was a reception worker, Atir, which behave very ugly.

Location close to the numerous restaurants, the most beautiful beach of Samui and the center of Lamai and the night market on Sundays. Helpful and caring staff with great local knowledge.

Place and see is fine. Staff was very frendly and kindly. The room was big and comfortable, clean. Breakfast was very good. I recommend this hotel for famyli with children. The territory of hotel, the pool and the beach are very save for children and convenient for parents.
The aircon in the my room was very noise. The pillows was`hard.
